Recipe + instructions
-2-3 tbs loose leaf black tea
-3/4 cup white sugar
-4 cups hot water
-*steep 15 mins*
-strain tea
-8 cups cold water
-2 cups starter tea
-add pellicle (the mother)
-cover with cloth and leave in a cool, dark place for 6-10 days
