Hard Cider Made Easy.

In anticipation of harvesting apples and making cider, I wanted to learn how to make ‘hard’ cider. It turns out, its SO easy. Also, it’s quite amazing how good it tastes at every stage of fermentation. My friend, who makes a lot of great wine always told me that you just have to sit back and let the wine make itself. I was surprised to realize how true this was.
