Holy moly, what a brew! This recipe was taken from DIY Dog, but I had to adjust it to suit my system and then I also scaled the hops back a bit so that I could get away with just one bag of everything, which saved a lot of money. In the end I used only about 60% of what they say for the “start” and “middle” hops, and 85% for the “end” and “dry”.
I’m also a bit suspicious that the 40 IBU figure they quote (both in the recipe and on the web page) is a bit low so … well, I guess I’ll find out.
