My brewing technique for making a half gallon of raw Kombucha at home. This is my method for the first fermentation (F1).
You’ll need:
Half Gallon mason jar
Half cup of granulated sugar
One-two cup(s) of hot water (for dissolving sugar)
Four black tea bags
One cup of Kombucha starter tea
One Scoby
Enough cold filtered water to make 6 cups
Coffee filter
Rubber band
