INGREDIENTS
-1 cup of organic white sugar
– 1/3 cup of loose leaf tea
– Tea bag filters (I get mine from David’s Tea)
– Hot water
-1/2 cup starter fluid (AKA kombucha from your first fermentation)
-1 SCOBY
– All-natural fruit juice (for second fermentation)
NOTE: You can pick up kits that come with 1/2 cup of starter fluid and a SCOBY. Or, ask a friend who home-brews if you can have their daughter SCOBY and 1/2 cup of kombucha from their first batch!
